Meet Andre CAPO, the youngest member of our cheese family. Already showing plenty of potential at just 3 months old, CAPO has a character of its own, with flavour that is well-balanced and carries a hint of bacon. 

All our cheese are made with fresh milk produced daily by our 350 cows. We are a 3rd generation Estonian dairy farm who care deeply for our cows and take immense pride and joy in the quality of our milk.

The formula for outstanding cheese is simple: Happy Cows, Quality Milk, and a deep sustained Passion for one's craft combines beautifully to produce the best possible cheese that one can find.
