Prima Old is a creamy and buttery cheese with "crystals bits" that form naturally through a period of maturation. Like all our well-aged cheese, the creamy texture of our milk is clear and pronounce in every bite. Excellent by itself or grated generously into your favourite salad, pasta or pizza!

All our cheese are made with fresh milk produced daily by our 350 cows. We are a 3rd generation Estonian dairy farm who care deeply for our cows and take immense pride and joy in the quality of our milk.
