Discover the nuance of juniper berry in this creamy and full-flavoured long aged cheddar. Infused with the multi award-winning Kyro Distillery Gin, Aito Gin Cheddar is aged for a minimum of 8 months to give it a distinctive and sweet flavour with hints of fresh botanical. 

Aito Cheddar from our Cheese House at Leivonmäki in Joutsa is handmade using the traditional cheddar-making method. The freshest morning milk from our own dairy farm is used as the ingredient. The Cheddar cheese made by our Master Artisans is produced from hard work and a true passion for cheeses. This is how we make Aito Cheddars to be enjoyed with good company or just on your own.
