Andre Excellent is special and distinctive. First launched in 2018 in Singapore, it quickly gained a loyal following among consumers; becoming our best-selling and most popular cheese.

Patiently aged over 18 months, it has a rich, creamy, and leathery taste, with a long, intense, and robust character. Equally great by itself, in pastas, or risotto. Pair brilliantly with a good red wine.  

All our cheese are made with fresh milk produced daily by our 350 cows. We are a 3rd generation Estonian dairy farm who care deeply for our cows and take immense pride and joy in the quality of our milk.
