Bold and Experimental, our Aito Whiskey Cheddar combines the noble work of two Finnish craftsmen and their passion for long aged products. The Helsinki Distilling Company’s whiskey made of rye and barley in an oak cask gives that caramel-like character which bites into the core of Finnishness. The whiskey is aged at least three years and the cheddar at least eight months.
