Aito Garlic Cheddar is a rich, dense, and creamy cheese with a full bodied flavour. Extremely fragrant and balanced in taste, it brightens up your palette and is especially great as part of a curated cheese platter or when generously grated into your favourite pasta or salad. 

The Romance of cheese making lives in Finland. Aito Cheddar is handmade from our Cheese House at Leivonmäki in Joutsa using the traditional cheddar-making method. The freshest morning milk from our own dairy farm is used as the ingredient. The Cheddar cheese made by our Master Artisans is produced from hard work and a true passion for cheeses. This is how we make Aito Cheddars to be enjoyed with good company or just on your own.
