We are thrilled to partner our talented friends at Pick Me Up for our first Chanterelle Focaccia!

Fresh Estonian chanterelles are marinated for a minimum of 8 hours in a special blend of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, rosemary and thyme for a cross pollination of delightful flavours!

The golden dough, infused with our special chanterelle-flavoured olive oil, is tastefully seasoned with sea salt and aromatic herbs, resulting in a light and fluffy texture. Roasted baby bell peppers provide a sweet, smoky note while plump cherry tomatoes add a burst of juiciness and tang; complementing the hearty bread. 

Baked lovingly to perfection, our Chanterelle Focaccia exudes an enticing aroma, inviting you to savour harmony in every bite!
